Thrill the World 2009 (Austin, TX)

October 25th, 2009

So, my good friend Sebastian was in town this weekend and told Ipshita and I about Thrill the World, an annual event in which people in more than 250 cities all around the world simultaneously do the zombie dance from Michael Jackson’s Thriller music video. Unfortunately, we didn’t have enough notice to learn the choreography, but that didn’t stop us from going to watch. And what a show it was! See for yourself with the first Youtube video made with my new camera:

Twittering Away!

September 1st, 2009

After much ado, I’ve managed to do some jury-rigging such that my facebook status updates will now automatically synch with Twitter and finally be displayed in a sidebar on my website via a Wordpress plugin. It’s not pretty, but it gets the job done…

As before, when I write a full-on (>140 character) blog post, it will show up as a note on facebook. Groovy, eh?

Next up on my list is to post a video blog from my new camera which takes HD (720P) video as a bonus feature. That will have to wait, though, as it as past my bedtime and I left my camera at David’s house last weekend, which probably means he’s using it to make some home-made porn at the moment… ewww.

Photos and Music Fixed!

May 18th, 2009

Hey Guys, my website is more or less fixed, with the music player and photo album back up and the information updated. I’m in the process of a full redesign and (of course) adding all of my photos from the last 3 years, but it’s still not bad the way it is!!

I Have a Blog!

May 13th, 2009

Yup, it’s official: I’m a blogger. I probably won’t post on it too often, but that’s a good thing. That way, if I do, you know it’s important ;)

Anyway, the big news is that I’ve decided to bring back my website. I used to host it on my computer in college, but I got a laptop a couple of years ago and it just wasn’t worth it having a website that went down every time I shut down my computer to take it to Starbucks.

But last week, I saw a commercial for GoDaddy that offered hosting for less than $5/month, so I bought 10 years worth. Right now, the site is exactly the same as when it was last up, except a lot of stuff (music player, photo gallery, etc) broke in the move to GoDaddy.

I’m going to completely revamp it over the next few weeks, but feel free to stop by and see the person that I was so many years ago (before I became cool.. oh wait, I was always cool. Nevermind.). And come back soon!
